[Resolved] Sify — Connection Activation | |||
Sir/Mam, My user id is: scow_122436A. I am living in Sector 23A, Gurgaon. I have a SIFY cyber cafe plan at my home by the name of Mr. Rishi Aggarwal. My internet connection is not working since last one month. Later, I came to know that my payment is due of which no prior notice or reminder was given to me. After that I deposited a sum of Rs. 7750 in SIFY's ICICI bank account:[protected] on[protected]. The receipt number is [protected]. I tried to contact their customer care number numerous times but no proper response was given to me. I even mailed the receipt of the transaction to their employee "Naresh Bedi" but he stopped responding after receiving the mail. I contacted many of their employees as i was unable to reach customer care but none of them responded properly. At this date none of their employees in my contact are responding to my calls or requests neither i am able to reach their customer care. It has been more than 2 weeks since I made the payment and still my account isn't activated. I would like you to look into this matter urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||
