I am one of your small coutomer of sify internet from last 4 yrs My user id is Tisai179 dinesh i have faced lot of problem . My recent reneval done on 08/03/2011 net is not working till 28/03/2011 ( Reason Wire misplaced at it has been repaired and getit done on 28/03/2011 at 2 pm as confirmed by sify executive ) in the night when i login it was workinf again at 10.30pm error faced b101 unable to reach the gateway
launch complaint against sify coustomer care
I am facing problem from last 4 yrs and same as been informed but till now resoultion not done You can check from backend how much i have use before using i have paid money
Sify as a very good band name and service is very good and fast not able to understand why ?

From monday I have spoken with sify customer care reqarding my Lan unplugged and given complaint no Complaint 10782860 they told will reslove within 24 hrs guys came to my house lan coonection showing plugged again wen i login error showed B101 unable to reach the gateway again complaint logged 10784922 again 24 hrs
Request you to check and revert back on my mobile no
