Incontinuation to followup with the dealer regarding the receipt of spares, i was taken aback to know that out of 5 spares 2 have not been approved.
WHAT IS HAPPENING AT YOUR END, HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY?

Hi,

I had sent my vehicle for 2nd free service with gear box complaint on
Monday 15/02/2010, could you let me know when can i expect the delivery of
my vehicle?

I am commuting to office using call taxi which is costing me around Rs.
1400 / per day (95 kms roundtrip). I am finding it very difficult to meet
my day today travel needs without my vehicle. Please put yoursolves into my
shoes and rectify the same without any delay.

I need a standby vehicle till i receive my one after service.

If you are uanble to resolve this problem before monday[protected],
kindly refund my money in full, so that i can plan and select for GOOD,
SERVICE ORIENTED, CUSTOMER FOCUSSED vendor like (MARUTI / HYUNDAI / HONDA).

I have copied in BCC about 37 friends of mine who are planning to consider
skoda as their 2nd car.
