dear sir/mdm. i am sorry to say but your gujarat terrytory delar and service depo is very bed.and i am using your product but unfortunatelly i am disapoint with vadodara dealer torque automotive pvt.ltd.channi.vadodara.always no senior staff or authority is in your work shop and no body can intrest to solve customer problem and here no body can deciding authority in vadodara and i am dis appoint with people.because i am regular user your fame product but here no propriter no manager any way this is your loo out i am giving my fabia car for service dated 9 jan.2010.and job card no.2530 and customer no 8.my car no. gj 06 cm 7199.i had purchase 4th july 2008.i am every month regular service customer.my car was given 9th jan 2010.and and ser.adv.commite me after service on dated 11 jan 2010.(3-days for service)surprise but even today my car in your work shop i am facing so many problems with out my car i had lost every day laks of rs.business.for your dealer and staff are only responsible for that and my car are not ready even this weak so u advise me.tomorrow i am going for consumer court /media/and police case also for this cheater people .becuase no body can there and managment also are not responsible and i am frastted.and every body is laughf how we can customers make a fool.he are happy like any thing this is serious complain and today i am making press conforence and ele.media also to relase a cheater group of vadodara skoda people.pl u intervate on this matter.and cooperate me.u inquire about this complain other wise vadodara skoda people are beggars i can give the car like beggars hungry people.thanks.i am also write a mail to seniour man.ment of skoda every were.i am facing every time with this people and this time over limit and h had lost my business without car so i am not leaving anybody to this basters.pl u also take a action and fw to sen.authority.i had spoke to ms devlina for same she is passing information to u.thanks pl u can contact me without any haggitations dr keyur soni my cell no.[protected]/[protected].but u dint gave this no local man.i am not going to talk with local person and i am talking to senoiur authority.thanks

I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.

I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .

I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.
