Smart GSM — Sim Registered in another name | |
Dear Sirs, I have been using this mobile number [protected] from past 2 years and I have submitted the necessary documents for the same. Yesterday I lost my mobile and i immediately went to the police station and lodged the complaint giving the Imei number of phone and mobile number. When i called on reliance customer care and told them to block the sim, so they asked me questions for verification and I came to know that the sim has been registered in someone else name and not mine. so they are not able to block it..Its ridiculous. Smart GSM — illegal & intentional works
Ref: - Message dated 21.11.09 at time 20.00.As mentioned, a message came where some RMS Service was activated & Rs.30.00 was charged.
The service RMS is unknown to us & we haven’t asked to activate this service. On which ground this service was activated? After a time with many efforts we talked Mr. Shiv Kumar ( customer care executive Reliance GSM) at 21.00/21.11.09, & asked him but he can’t replied nor make us to talk his seniors & total conversation was bad.
He had put our complaint as told by him & convinced us.
After a day Dated 23.11.09 at time 20:30, I again called customer care Mr. Sukhlal Kashyap was on line but he talked very rudely & conclusively told that we will not return your balance amount & could not make you know how this RMS service is activated, & whatever you could do, do we will not take any care.
As a fact here, all SMS & company calls are deactivated by us in our number.
Mr. Manager is it not an illegal & intentional fact done by your company. Is it not an offensive work done by you?
Although, We are waiting, for the correction of the mistake, done by your side.
Otherwise we have to choose a legal way.
