[Resolved] Snapdeal — Fraudulent activity | |||
Last week I ordered a Micromax A116 Canvas HD and paid though my Credit Card. Now Snapdeal is saying that the product can't be sent as the logistic company returned them the product due to improper mode of shipment and goods once sent back to them will not be shipped further. I spoke to logistic company Bluedart and they too told the same. I have all the mails, both from Snapdeal and Bluedart. Snapdeal confirmed with me that they will reimburse the money to my bank account within the next 7-15 working days. But my credit card company has already slapped a processing charge of Rs 1506/- on the total amount. Will snapdeal reimburse the processing fee.....I don't want to fall victim due to their faulty system. Can anyone suggest how can I register a legal suit against this Snapdeal fraud online shopping site? If anyone has solution then please write to me in [protected]@gmail.com. Am willing to move to court for the fraudulent activity of Snapdeal and seek compensation for my financial loss and mental harassment caused by Snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||
