[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not received order even after 3 weeks | |
My order ID is[protected]. I bought an collection of amar chitra katha books on 11th of March, today is 29th of March and still haven't received my order. Worst of all, the estimated shipping date as 24th of March. I have complained to Snapdeal several times and get the same bureaucratic answers "we don't have stock", "I've escalated this to concerned department", "we will ship it soonest". I don't want my order to be refunded and just need the item as soon as possible. Even they gave me an escalation request # 348080 few days back, but haven't heard from them yet. hi friend i too faced problem with snapdeal.i ordered a watch on their website it was not shipped for more than 40 days.they gave fake reasons each time when i called them.i raised the issue on facebook on their wall.then i described my whole problem with snapdeal and shared in social networking .then they contacted and responded quickly to problem and finally they accepted that product is out of stock and i got the money.i feel you could also raise the issue through FACEBOOK.you sue them through facebook and spoil their reputation.they will respond to you all the best

This is the most pathetic experience I have ever had with an e-commerce company.
The customer care of Snapdeal is nothing bunch of liars which keeps on giving hope to the callers that they working in the background to get things resolved. BUt when the promises gets repeatative its too late.
I had ordered Bajaj JX10 Juicer Mixer Grinder (Order #[protected]) on[protected]. Unfortunately paid the entire amount, as per my previous experiences with other e-commerce companies. Expecting the product will be delievered within 4 days, and the date of delivery given to me was 1st April. Till date the product never reached my place and I've been calling up the customer care of Snapdeal and the courier company Snapdeal has tieup with (Ecom Express).
Both have been making a fool of me by lying each day that the product will be delieverd the next day. This is the most insensitive customer care / helpdesk I have ever interacted with. They expect us to believe the same lies which they keep on throwing at us on every call. I can name each and every agent with whom I have spoken too.
On 2nd April I spoke to Vikas (disconneted the call and didnt bother for a callback), Ravi, then transfered to Floor supervisor Abhishek. Abhishek promised (which happened to be a namesake one) that he will be escalating with the courier company. Ddnt recieve the product till evening. Called up the courier company, the product was not even picked up from their local warehouse. Dont know what escalation are there for !!! On 3rd April luckily got chance to interact with Floor supervisor Abhishek, to which was given the same standard apology and the escalation lines.
Snapdeal customer care have changed the definition of escalation and SLA's.
Just want my refund processed as I dont want my money to be stuck with Snapdeal for ages till the order comes to my doorstep (if at all it comes) and me rejecting it. Or else I will be forced to think its just another scam in India making money by fooling common man.
Kunal Bahl, expecting that you will be looking into this issue and not ignoring this issue, thinking that one unsatisfied customer wont make a difference.
