[Resolved] Sodexo — Overcharging by grocery store on Sodexo payment | |||
Star Bazaar, a grocery store in Kailash Colony Market, New Delhi is charging 3% extra on bill if the payment is done through Sodexo mean coupons. Note that all items are already billed at MRP. Then why should I pay extra 3% if paying through Sodexo Meal coupons? The store has also put a poster saying that extra 3% will be charged for sodexo payments but does not add it to the bill. There are two things now. How can a store charge a customer beyond MRP? Is sodexo doing anything to address this situation? I do not see any consumer complaint section on Sodexo Website. I wonder how they work if their business depends on user customer satisfaction. I have photographic proofs, which I could not upload in this complaint. Can anyone suggest what should be done and how to take such matters so that consumers are not taken for granted? Was this information helpful? | |||

Sodexo — Bakers Pride charging 5% extra if food products are bought in sodexo
The baker's Pride bakery in Vijayanagar is charging 5% extra on purchase of food items with food coupons .Please look into this , I have lost 50 rs on purchase of 500 rs item .

Sodexo — sodexo meal pass availing MRP on products
HiI need advice on an issue.I happened to purchase some items (non food) in a supermarket here.
I paid using sudexho meal pass, they accepted it.But to my horror, when the bill came , they had charged MRP instead of the margin free price printed on the item.Is this a rule across India? I mean , while paying using sudexho do we have to pay MRP?
Please advice.
