[Resolved] Sony - Digital Camera DSC - Wx7 / B E32 — Lens got jammed

I have purchased a camera on 29.10.2011. The model Number is DSC-WX7/B E32. Warranty period is 3 years.From 07.02.2012, the lens movement in the camera has stopped completely and I am not able to shoot any photographs.
I approached the sony care centre at address
Parshwa electronics Pvt Ltd
Sony authorised service centre
u-12, western plaza, near bhulka bhavan school, adajan, surat.

After observing the problem, the service personnel asked me to change the lens on chargeable basis. The camera is within the warranty period and there are no physical damages.

Hi, I am having exactly the same camera and same problem (lens jammed). The authorized service center is asking me to pay for change the lens on chargeable basis. The camera is within the warranty period. This is unfair.
