I got a call from this number: [protected]. They called today in afternoon around 3.40 today that time i couldn't pick up. then I called back then it was cmg busy. Then I got a call a few minutes ago stating that I have got shortlisted for wheel of fortune the next shortlisting something is there on 1st March in Mumbai.
Fact: I do play on stockgro app everyday and attempt the wheel of fortune qs. I am based in Mumbai.
Something u(Sony) need to verify: who called me? Am I really shortlisted? How they (the caller doesn't know my name)

Sony India Customer Care's response Dear Consumer Forum,

Greetings from Sony LIV!

With regards to forum complaint, we would want to clarify that the call made to the user was a verification call from Sony LIV for Wheel of Fortune Stockgro contest.

We have received only the numbers from Stockgro hence the verification call was done.

However user thought this is not a valid call and got disqualified for further proceedings.
