[Resolved]  Sony India — TV needed to repair without replacing the motherboard

Hi Team,

Please find the attached current JOB Sheet

I have sony TV - Model No - KLV-32R412D
Serial Number - 4167065

Issue :- No Power

So that i have given the TV to Sony Service center in Hyderabad - PRANANK ELECTRONICS (Sony Authorized Service Center ) on 19/08/2023

They verified the TV in 20 mins and gave me the resolution that the Motherboard needed to be replaced. (Not identified any burnt condition or other issues)

I have requested them to repair it instead of replacing the motherboard, Service center team says nowadays they are replacing the boards, not performing the repair and all. Cost will incur around 6600.00 to 6800.00

I have requested once again kindly help me with repair because I am unable to spend that huge amount. - handovered the TV to Sony Service center

Note:- They suggested as exchange the TV as well... (As per marketing)

on 23/08 i have received call from sony service center needed to replace the motherboard

As a very good Brand of Sony TV -- Why unable to repair -- i hope sony using very good components --- Can be repairable

I am requesting the Sony organization repair my TV with lesser expenses and do the needful.
