Sir/Madam,
I have purchased sony ericsson K310i on 03 oct 2006 with IMEI No. [protected]. After using 2-3 months the set was switched off and when i contact my nearest sony service centre they change the software of my problem. i was also told that this set is not giving the proper battery backup but in this regard they didn't say anything to me. Than after hanging problem arises or when i make a call to other person sometimes the other person voice is not audible for me or restart my set. Than i again my nearest service center and told the above problem. The service center person told me that i will replace your handset on the beginning of the october before the expiry of warranty. When i go to the service center and told him this was the problem in my handset and you commit me that your handset will replaced on the beggining of october they told me now i cannot do anything for you. now my warranty is over on 03 oct 2007 and the service center persons give me the negative response on the last day of warranty period. so you are request to take the matter seriously and replaced my handset as soon as possible.

Sony Ericsson — restarting and hanging
getting hanged and getting restarted is the main and big problem for this hand set.................so i request to all is not to buy this dirty hand set in your life time.and there will be no proper servicing too..for this handset..........
