[Resolved] Sony Ericsson — Pathetic Mumbai SALORA Service
SALORA has undertaken the Sony Ericsson service and the Lamington Road Service Center is operated by them. I submitted my Sony Ericsson K750i phone to the service center in July with the help of my friend. I had purchased the K750i phone on 25th August 2006 from Wonder Collections, Kalyan West and the phone is still in warranty.
The main joystick of my phone stopped working suddenly in mid-July.But all other functions are working till date. I operated the phone using numbers for some days thinking that it may be a temporary fault and later submitted it to the service center.
However, till date the phone has not been repaired. Its almost one month now and when my friend asked for the phone the service center replied that the phone's joystick has stopped working due to physical damage and waterlogging inside the phone.
How can they say that the just the joystick has allergy of water despite the fact that all other buttons and functions of the phone are working seamlessly. They discovered the fault after one month.
SALORA is a pathetic service center and now they are demanding 8500 rupees for replacing entire circuit board.
SONY ERICSSON PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THIS, YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS DUE TO PATHETIC SERVICE. Nokia is better than you people , they have more service centers and intelligent people.
