[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson W302 — Frequent Hang, Low Battery Life. Worse Model!!!

Dear Sir/Madame,

I had purchased Sony Ericsson w302, frm THE MOBILE STORE, Madipakkam Branch,[protected], and I am facing a hell lot of problems with the set. Its getting hung frequenty, when reading a message of opening an JAVA apps. The phone freezes, when an incoming call is attented. The battery loses its power, even after charging it for more than 6hrs. The message inbox is too small. The network is lost and the set ends up in Searching. It works only after a restart. When I reported this issue to the dealer, he just ignores the matter, saying, the Memory Card must be used, the Bluetooth must be minimised, etc. I was cheated by the dealer on this model. It costed high, its really a worst model. t does not support Themes, only 30sec of sound recording. There are many faults. The dealer sold it to me, saying its a new model, and many loved to buy it. But this model turned to be a failure and he's not responding properly to this issue. I must visit the Service Center. I want a replacement with a new model, any good model, though less price.

I brought new sony ericsson W302 mobile 15 days ago. the network goes off regularly. then we need to switch off and switch on again. is there a way to get rid of this problem?

sony ericsson W302 — Handset stopped working while charging

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My mobile is under warrenty but still the service center of Sony Ericssion located in Borivali is not willing to repair/replace the damage which has happen due to some techical problem in the charger in my mobile.
Please help me in this.

I purchased mobile handset w302 of sony ericsson company. this mobile handset is multimedia handset it provides internet facility .I use the internet on the mobile but any sony ericsson pc suite is not supported to this handset
thats why i cannot use it to my pc.
