South Madras Gas Agency- closes their System based booking under the pretext of not working. This happens 100% of their operations. Diverting the Gas to commercial establishments at a higher premium is their modus-operandi. Want to know the statistics on the uptime of their system in the past one year. I have seen several complients like this in this website. I do'nt know are you taking any effort to rectifiy this complients. I have booked for my gas on 9th August and still I did'nt get my gas till date. I have made as many telephone calls and each time your staffs are answering whatever they like. No responsible reply from them. At least they can mention the approximate time of delivery. They didnt even telling their name. If they tell their names atleast we have the confident that we will get it in approximate time and we need not tell all the stories i.e the very first telephone call which we made from the non receipt of the cylinder and we can follow up the cylinder with same person. Please instruct your staff accordingly so that the consumers like me wont suffer in future.
