Spice — Product Quality

I have bought a Spice S707n Mobile from M/s. Mumtazuddin Mobile Store ( M/s. My Mobile Store) in calcutta on 23rd March, 2009. After using a minimum period ( still the mobile phone is within warranty ) I have found the USB port of the mobile is not functioning properly and I can not charge the phone as well as I can not use the ear phone to listen the music and songs. I have contacted their Service Centre at 6 Chowrighee lane, Kolkata and they replaced a hands free at free of cost but later on found the port is faulty and they have taken the moble for services and I found the people of their service centre is very incompatible and less knowledgeble.

My question is that I paid Rs.4595/- for the that mobile, which is made by a unnammed company ( not popular, like Nokia, Samsung etc. ) and they did not response their valued customer in a proper manner. I have also found the technicians of the service centre always misbehaved with the customer who goes for support.

I used various mobile but never faced that kind of bitter experience and I decided will never buy Spice Mobile and will advice others not to buy Spice mobile ever.

I need the product replacement or money back from your end.
