[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Redress of Grievances

Sub: Redresser of Grievances

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby inform you that behaviour of Spice Jet Ground Staff was unpleasant towards me on the Date: 27.08.2010. I come from home town bt train on 27.08.2010. unfortunately my train delayed and reach to Howrah railway Station at 10:00 AM instead of 7:30 AM. After that I hire Taxi from Railway Station, due to caught in rush reach Kokata Airport Spice Jet counter at 11:30 AM. But Spice Jet Supervisor denied to accept me as Spice Jet passenger. Despite of cooperate to me, I faced aseries of question. He says that Boarding Gate was closed before 45minutes of depature of Spice Jet Flight SG873 due to new DGCA rule. Departure time of Spice Jet Flight SG873 is 11:55AM. I book ticket whose registration no. is H3KICF one and half month before the journey commencement. At that time there was no such type of rule. Neither written in ticket nor inform to me by phone, messages,e-mail also. Suddenly on the day 27.08.2010 he brief me about the rule. After all I awarded penalty of Rs1948/- as extra charges and ticket book for the next day 28.08.2010 Flight Spice Jet SG873 Dep. time 11:55AM. I bound to arrange accomodation for stay at Kolkata on its own expenses.
Hence I will urge upon you to look into the matter towards positive decision on the issue and do needful refund for me.
