[Resolved] Spice M 4580 — Poor Response From Spice | |
I am Chavan P D. I have purchesed the Spice M4580 handset from Surabhi Mobiles Nigdi pune 44.IMEI No of that handset is [protected]. My purchase date of handset is[protected]. But unfortunately within 4 days I occured the problem regarding display of the handset. I submitted the handset for warrenty claim on the date[protected]pm,at A2Z Services Chinchwad Pune.Work order no is-SMH256409A00127. From the submission date till today[protected] I do not received my handset. Also they are not ready to replace that handset and also not repairing as early as possible. Also representative of service centre do not give proper responce to me and every time give new date. So i am very disturbed and what can I do now?
