[Resolved] Spice Mobile D 1100 — No proper service | |||
Dear sir/ mam I am Mr. Chetan Krishna Kuthe staying in Mumbai , Kurla (E) purchased Mobile on dated 15 – 04 -2009 mobile Spice D 1100 ( windows , touch screen, dual sim From Chembur Hot Spot Gallary through Mr. Narayan ( Manager ) even I purchased additional care pack warranty from Hot spot upto April 2011 From 1 year back I year back I am frequently complaining for battery problem & even I am ready to pay extra charges for battery also then also they neglecting me . They are not taking action , directly saying we have no spare part trough mobile in scrap / dust bin Simply they are making time pass. I think I waste my money , but I want to punish them because simply they fooling people, so please help me out. Waiting for your reply. Note :- I have original care pack warranty card .
