[Resolved] Spice Mobile D88 — invaild IMEI nos | |
Dear Mr Dilip bhargav I have purchased spice Mobile phone D88n last year. All these days its working fine. But b4 one month, I got a call from MY service provider idea saying that my Phone has got invalid IMEI and will not work with Idea after November 30th. It happened the same way and from today the phone is not supporting any GSM sim. I also observed that the phone is sowing IMEI numbers , If we dial *#06# =[protected] but there is a IMEI number in the mobile chip =[protected] this chip number is registered with spice website and its showing the online warranty info of my mobile even. It is illegal to sell a mobile with 2 IMEI . I want to sue SPICE for this and also in TOrts as i have loosed one of my business transactions because of this problem. Hey i have something to say here... the no you have mentioned here with the *#06# combination is the same no. what my Fly 2040l is giving with this key combination... [protected]
and the IMEI No. written under battery is different. there may be an serious issue or technical issues involved. I was too wondering abt he differences between these two Nos. on my mobile.
My mobile is banned from netwrk 2day. I am going to take this issue in consumer court.

I have purchased spice Mobile phone D88n last year.

But b4 one month, i got a call from Airtel saying that my Phone has got invalid IMEI and will not work with Airtel after november 30th.
It happended the same way and from today the phone is not supporting Airtel sim.
I also oberved that the phone is sowing 3 IMEI numbers ,
If we dial *#06# =[protected]
but there is a IMEI number in the mobile chip =[protected]
this chip number is registered with spice website and its showing the online waranty info of my mobile even.
It is illegal to sell a mobile with 2 IMEI .
I want to sue SPICE for this and also in TOrts as i have lossed one of my business transaction because of this problem.

Note : I have the duplicate bill copy for the mobile , original bill is missed by the shop people when i gave for service.
