[Resolved] Spice Mobile D88n — mobile not work properly | |
I have A spice Mobile Model: D88n purchase on[protected] Which IMEI No. [protected] in varanasi after 5 month using mobile not work properly. than i go to service center they say software problem and solve that but after few days mobile not work properly(outgoing not going and incoming is also failed, and processing slow phone book not open and cdma uim network not work.and set heat after using 3-5 minute ) Than I go again to the service centre then they say service provider sim problem then I use that sim in other company set network work properly. Then service centre take the mobile and after a day give me and say problem solve. After few days mobile not working. Then I go service centre and give the mobile for service they take the mobile for 10 days. After that the problem not solve and create new more problems such as: 1. mobile not deduct the UIM 2. processing slow 3. phone book not open properly and take time to open 4. key pad light not work properly 5. voice problem 6. etc. So please help me to solve these problems. Spice Mobile D88N — Not hearing the incoming caller's voice
Sir,I have purchased the spice Dual sim D88 model on 10.6.2009 from M/s Modern Communication Sadar Bazar, Jhansi (Hot Spot Mobile shop), on 12.6.2009 i observed the incoming hearing is not proper and was very slow i contacted the prop. of M/s Modern Communication, he send it for repairing at Authorized service center M/s Betwa Mobiles, Sadar Bazar, Jhansi. They clean up the mobile and reverse back and not prepare the any job card sheet and told the undersigned and told the undersigned that the job card sheet is under printing and it is newly service center as such it will be given later on but my mobile not work properly. I again went to M/s Betwa Mobile regarding the same problem but they did not attend properly.
I contacted M/s Modern Communication he again went with me to M/s Betwa Mobiles and same problem was as it is condition. M/s Betwa Mobiles deposit my mobile and told me it will be send to company for repairing. He prepare the job sheet on 12.8.2009 and give me the copy which is enclosed in the attached file & told me it will take more time about 1 month when it will be come back from company.
The mobile is very necessary and i not used propery after his purchasing which loss my professional loss. I requested you please do the needful action otherwise i will raised the complaint against consumer forum regarding failure of service and harresment.
