i have purchase a mobile spice model no. m5252n when i connect a mobile through usb cable mobile only charging and not connect desktop computer what is problem kindly define me

Really Spice M-5252n model is not cost effective and most of the retailers' have no clear idea about the features of Spice sets (different models). In turn we customers are suffering. I have purchased one spice M-5252n set. When I purchased it, the retailer said this set can be connected to PC and internet can be accessed through this set by using USB cable. I asked for its USB cable but the retailer asked me to purchase from Spice service centre. But when I asked at Service Centre, those officials informed that this is not compatible with PC and its USB cable is not available. It is very much harrashing to customers. Spice mobile should look into it otherwise this attitude will distract customers.
