[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — delay n bad service

spice/Mobile Phone — Fault in Mobile phone.

Hi,

I have purchase a brand new hand set of Sipce Mobile,QT-56 Modle as on date 24/11/2010. fromSpice Retail Ltd.Khandsa road Gurgaon. After purchase i got a very very bad experience with spice mobile.Very Very dull service of service of service centre. They said that thay required 3 or4 day to repaire this hand set.Is it possible ?

dear sir i have a spice mob QT52.the problem was automatic switch off.ihave given the mob to spice service center bhopal[mp nagar]..they said that it will be prepared in 20 days...ihave submiited the mob at 1feb today is march8 and i have not get the set...they are dealying itt...the mob is recived by ritesh...my imei no is [protected] pls take a look on ot...thanks...

I purchased a spice mobile handset, model- spice M9000, Bill No. 125 dated 04th April 2011, from shop- OM Shiv Mobile Point Dausa Rajasthan
It got problems like :
1) Auto- Switch-off,
2) Projacter not working properly,
3) Not able to watch Videos

I submitted it to the Spice Service Center, M/S Krishna Service Centre Dausa (Raj) Still my mobile is in the service center. At last I complained to the customer care, But they are not replacing my Phone even not give valid reson for delay. I submitted it (Job Sheet No. SRJ[protected], EMEI no. ([protected]) They Dont want to replace my phone . Please Solve my problem otherwise I have to lodge a complaint in Consumer Court.
Needful may kindly be done.

There is very bad service of your Chd Service center. I have order the body of QT 60 Spice mobile 1 month ago, but there is no reply from them till now. The Manager of service center not pick the phone. Pls help

I had bought a Spice MI 280 handset dual sim in Feb 2012. The camera stopped working in November 2012.I went to the Spice mobile service centre located in Lucknow, Hazratganj. The service technician there broke the phone screen and never accepted his fault and despite that he misbehaved with me. I asked him to repair and camera and replace the screen but he never did so. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
