[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — NO REPLACEMENT NO SATISFACTION ABOUT SERVICE OF MOBILE

I cannot call on customer care. My money is deducted like nothing.

my mobile phone spice s-7 damage (dead) on 30.10.08 and deposit to bhall communication yamuna nagar on 02.11.08, but now (12.12.08)this time not receive to me. So, I request to please return to my mobile other wise i appeal into counser court.

my Company have 2 mobile phone spice D-88 &c-810 damage (dead) on 05.10.08 and I am trying to find out spice service centre in Mumbai from damaged date. We are coordinate with Reliance Web World regarding this but we are not getting any reply from them. So, I request to please return to my mobile other wise i appeal into counser court.

I HAVE PURCHASE A SPICE MOBILE FROM JAI DURGE COMMUNICATION BUT AFTER 4 OR 5 DAYS I SUFFER A SOUND PROBLEM INTO MY MOBILE AND FOR THAT I HAVE TOO MUCH TIME SHOW MY MOBILE AT SPICE SERVICE CENTER, ALL TIME THE PERSON TELL ME RINGER IS NOT AVAILABLE AND ONE TIME MY RINGER CHANGE AND ANOTHER BED RINGER IS FITTING MY PHONE AND AFTER THE REPAIRING I FACE THE SAME PROBLEM BY ONDAY AGAIN I VISIT AGAIN SAME PROBLEM, AGAIN AND AGAIN I VISITED MORE THAN 5 TIMES AT SERVICE CENTER AFTER THE 3RD TIME I REQUEST THEM TO PLEASE IF ITS NOT CLEARED CHANGE ME THE MOBILE ( REPLACEMENT IN A WARRANTY PERIOD) BUT THEY REPLY WE CAN NOT DO THAT, I VISITED JAI DURGE COMMUNICATION (FROM WHERE I PURCHASE) THEY REPLY ME THAT IF SERVICE CENTER CAN SEND US REQUEST THAN WE CAN REPLACE THE MOBILE BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVNT SOLVE THE MY PROBLEM NOR CHANGE ME THE MOBILE .
REPLY ME WHAT TO DO ?

My spaice handset no s 707 n ka cammera kharrab ho gaya hai

i have purchaged a multimedia mobile from kosi kalan dis.-Mathura (U.P) of 24 FEB 2009 BUT AFTER 1 WEEK A MAJOR PROBLEM HAD BEEN OBSERVED. I CONTACT YOUR GIVEN HELPLINE NUMBER BUT ALL NUMBER ARE SWITCHED.

MY SPICE C-810 MOBILE HAS A TYPICAL PROBLEM. I CAN MAKE CALLS BUT I CANNOT RECEIVE CALLS. IF ANYBODY CALLS ME, I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE PHONE AND THE CALL IS DIVERTED TO VOICE MAIL. I AM USING A TATA CONNECTION AND THE UIM WORKS PERFECTLY I[censored]SED IN ANY OTHER HANDSET.

I am Sandip Kumar shaw a employee of Reliance Communicationsmy phone no is [protected].I am user of mobile phone spice D-88N I show and depositedit to the service center BILLENIUM SALES SERVICE PVTLTD at 6 Chowringhee Lane, Kolkata-700016 on 04.05.09.I gave my remarks of KEYPAID HANG, AUTO OFF & SMS INBOX HANG.They gave Estimate of Rs.1040 for key pad replacement.But still(26.05.09) I did not receive my phone. So, I request to please resolve my problem other wise i appeal to counsumer court.

my mobile working verry slow.when i go to service centre(kapoor watches, gwalior, m.p.).he reply me u r problem is not serious but u keep u r mobile for whole night..mujhe yeh samajhe nahin aata ki thodi se problem ko dur karne ke liye customer ko pareshaan kiya jata hai..kuch minio ke kaam ko ghanto ka bata kar mobile se acche part nikal lete hai...plz take this message serouos & warrning the service station...

Just take a machine gun and kill the service centre persons. Those Bull S... People of spice. I bought a Spice S920n handset and it got spoilt and since then i gave it to service centre people it has never been repaired. I go every day to ask if it is repaired and the person says tommorow surely. That dog I spent my money behind it. SPICE is BS and its service is WORST I mET. The worst in the world.

I puechased a D-88n dual mode spice mobile from mobile store. After two months I faced a lots of problems with this like-voice breaking, call droping, auto restart. I visited spice world service center many times but they couldn't solve the problems. now i am fcing a different types problem that display is working fine but keypad is not working. I am very disappointed with spice mobile and i think that my decesion to puchase spice mobile was wrong, and will not recomend anybody to buy spice mobile.

want to download free games on spice s707 mobile i have internet connection in mobile i searched so much to download free games but iam not able to download i want the exact answer

i am aloso facing that kind of problem . i purechased spice s-707n after 3 month charging soket was not working properly .so that whay i gone for repair at service center .they told me .sir we will give u new mobile please wait for some days .after 7 months again i gone service center and then they told me its out of warrntty...any one help me for that what i doooooooo...

Dear All,
I bought D-1111 in July 2009, after 15 days hadset having problem like in running charging handset switch offed automatically, two call not allowed if call from saved contacts, sms received but same msg repeat, battery backup not sufcient etc.
if company manufacture like this hadset, i request them to please close your production & stop your thefting people bcs what you r getting from customer you have to give him value for money products but i thing it is not sufficinet for customer,
if this is continousely done & done then nearly indian law will close this company to sell his brand in india
