Spice Mobile Phones — New Mobile found Damaged

Dear Team,

As i purchased a Spice Mobile, Dual Sim (Handset model - D-90) from Nagpal Sales Corporation, Karnal, Haryana having IMEI No - [protected] against Bill No - 2399 dated 15 July 2009. On that tiime when handset checked found running But with in Seven days it display becomes white screen on which nothing is seen.

After this due to non residential at Home Location i went to show this mobile at nearest Service Center at Amritsar they want to open the seal but i denied to open the seal of handset because same is purchased just few days ago.

On visiting Karnal i went to Nagpal Sales Corporation, Link Road, Kunjpura-Mugal Kanal, Karnal he says i can't do any thing take it to the After Spice Center at Such Telecom, Railway Road, Karnal

On Service Center they open the seal of Handseat and Found Mother Board Problem (Which is Manufacturing Problem) and Submit my Handset agaisnst Job Sheet Work Order No - SHR[protected] dated 03 August 2009. They told me that we try to change the Mother Board and you Contact us on or after 15 days but still my Brother Mr Kapil Arora visit the Service Center on 18 August then they extend their time to Five Days again my Brother visit the center again then they again told me that plz visit on 24th of August 2009 still Handset is not provided to Us...

It is very painful for me and Creating problem in my Business as well... You are requested to plz arrange for Replacement of Mobile.

As i purchased a Spice Mobile, Dual Sim (Handset model -M-525) from vikas bazar mathura (emi no. [protected]) On that tiime when handset checked found running But with in two months i found that the phone is restart when i search diled numbers.

i had given my mobile 29 aug 2009 and he give me 15 to 20 days. but i have not received my mobile to till date

After this due to this problem i went to show this mobile at nearest Service Center at Mathura. he given me the time of 15 days to give me my mobile. but they are increasing his time to give me my mobile. at all the engineer says to come next time). it is very painful for me.
I have been purchased a new mobile phone M-4580 one month back. But the problem arises from the first day. The problem is that the battery back up is very poor. It can not give standby atleast one day. I was taken it to the service center but there is no solution of it. So i am very disapointed for this reason.
So please tell me what is the solution for this. What can i do for this.
