Spice Mobile Phones — Spice Mobile not rec from Spice Service Centre | |
Dear Sir, ONCE AGAIN I have bought a Spice Mobile Model M940N vide IMEI No. [protected] / 37244836 on Dtd 26/08/2009 from Krishna Mobile Ghar, Rohtak vide Invoice No. 6260, after 39 Days on Dtd 04/10/2009 It is switched off suddenly but there was nothing displayed on screen after that I went to M/s Krishna Mobile Ghar, Rohtak (Seller). He told me that, this mobile is Dead & you have to go to the Spice Service Centre, Then I go to Spice Repair Centre C/O Tele Centre, Rohtak. He says that you have to come on tomorrow I keep on visiting there office many times, After 10 days Mr. Gaurav (Service Centre Owner) told me that I should hand over this mobile to company vide Job Sheet No. N-34 & you may come after one week even after 8-9 weeks he given me mobile but after 3-4 days it become on same condition & unable to display nothing on screen once again I go to your authorized service centre & he keep the mobile on Dtd 18/01/2010 vide Job Sheet No. SP – 721 but till date I have not received any information regarding Mobile from him. That is why I have written this letter to your company in order to replace my Mobile which is under Warranty & I hope please replace or repair my mobile as soon as possible. i m parminder singh from mohali .i purcahse spice mobile model no. M4330 and date of purchase 05-12-09 and imei no.[protected] and my mobile no. [protected].after one month my mobile or charger dead i go spice care center chandigarh (cyber electronics chd) and submit mobile or charger for care center and recieving time after ten days i go after 15 days but my mobile is not in my hand .continue after five six round my moboli is my hand i m very happy but next day same first problem and again i go care center so i m very tight condition and harashment .i request spice head office noida and chandigarh care center .please change my set or proper ok my mobile nad hand over me please please help me.thanks...

I had purchased Spice Mobile (Model No :M 4580) from NOIDA “ HOTSPOT SHOP”, After 2 months my Ear phone disturbed & want to change since that time but any service centers have not the ear phone & I have frustrated to ran everywhere in NOIDA but no response from those side & nobody pickup the phone .so request to you pls replace my ear phone ASAP.I have send you to my bill of purchasing my phone, pls find the attachment & resolve my issue as soon as possible.
