Spice Mobile Phones — problem in handset spice qt44

Dear sir/mam,

i purchased on spice qt 44 handset on nov 2010 but after 1 month it is not working properly the vice of phone is very low and bettery having problem some time it show full bettery and after fue minutes its empty, the handset also hang many times i am also give it to repair on spice service center 4-5 times, last time on 1st june 2011 my mobile completely hang and i am going to service station and they said to me the mobile will go to his head office and you will collect after 15 day but they give my mobile on 2nd of july 2011 with replacement of my mobile board but my mobile still not working,

my mobile's loudspeker , ringer and gprs not working

plz help me
