[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — Defective Handset | |||
Dear Sir I purchased a spice mobile handset, model- spice QT-44, Bill No. 714 dated 4th August 2010, from shop- S.K.Departmental Store, New Market, BHOPAL. It got problems like : 1) Auto- Switch-off, 2) A key pressed once took entry infinite times, I submitted it to the Spice Service Center, Mansarovar Complex Bhopal. The service center was to give the mobile back within 25 days but instead they took 44 days. At last I complained to the customer care, and got the mobile set replaced. But it still had the very same problems. Again I submitted it (Job Sheet No. SMP[protected], they took too much of time, then I again registered a complaint. They again replaced the mobile set. I purchased a spice mobile handset, model- spice M9000, Bill No. 125 dated 04th April 2011, from shop- OM Shiv Mobile Point Dausa Rajasthan
It got problems like :
1) Auto- Switch-off,
2) Projacter not working properly,
3) Not able to watch Videos
I submitted it to the Spice Service Center, M/S Krishna Service Centre Dausa (Raj) Still my mobile is in the service center. At last I complained to the customer care, But they are not replacing my Phone even not give valid reson for delay. I submitted it (Job Sheet No. SRJ[protected], EMEI no. ([protected]) They Dont want to replace my phone . Please Solve my problem otherwise I have to lodge a complaint in Consumer Court.
Needful may kindly be done.

It got problems like :
1) Keypad Problem: keypad hang
I submitted it to the Spice Service Center, M/S Taipan Electronics Dadar, Tel : [protected],i give my mobile 04 july 20011 to service center till date, my mobile is in the service center. At last I complained to the customer care, But they are not give valid reson for delay. I submitted it (Job Sheet No. SMH[protected], IMEI No.([protected]) They Dont want to replace my phone . Please Solve my problem as soon as possible or replace my Handset otherwise I have to lodge a complaint in Consumer Court.

Spice mobile handset problem
SPICE model SPICEQT68BLK, i purchased on 8th May 2011, i faced problem as charging jack cameout with charger and given to their athorised service center toNEW WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS on 22.09.2011 vide recipt no 855. This fello confirmed me 6-7times , phone repaired but when i visited faund again problem still their.At the last they returened my mobile and said it is out of warenty and not repireble., i approach Mr Salender & request for replacement still ie didnt get, Pls i want a new replacement of anothe mobile from spice.

i agree with him sir my projector is also not working properly if we are showing any slide show the last word is cutting off automatically sir... in all the slides i checked many times...
and also PowerPoint which is in Tamil language is also not opening..

Mobile of m/s. Spice — Defective mobile not being replacing
One mobile of M/s. Spice was purchased during Dec'07. With in one year of warranty period, twice the mobile were sent to thier service centre at Ranchi for repair and taken two months for repair, but not replaced the defective mobile by a new one.. With in last 20 months. the mobile was repaired by the company for more than 7 times in free of cost but not replacing me a new mobile.
