[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — manufacturing defect in handset

sir/madam
i have purchased a spice mobile handset "QT-68" with IMEI NO. from "spice retail shop" LAJPAT NAGAR, NEW DELHI dated 20 th may 2011,and i am facing a problem with shortcuts. the shortcuts are not working properly. for example when shortcut for camera is pressed calender opens up and similarly all the shotcuts are not working.
i have shown the handset to AUTHORISED SPICE SERVICE CENTRE, "SHREE BALAJI TELECOM" in KALKAJI, NEW DELHI on 1st june 2011. the person there updated the software, but the problem was still there. the next day on 2nd june 2011, i visited the service centre and the person there updated the software 3-4 times but, he could not solve the problem and the handset was sent over to company for further L3 and L4 level on 2nd june 2011. 4 days later, i went to collect my handset but it was in same condition as earlier and the problem was still there, again the handset was sent over to company. after that everytime i went to collect my handset the person in service centre gave excuses and send the handset back to company. this thing happened 4-5 times and the handset has been send to company again and again but the company is also not been able to solve the problem in my handset. now,this time i visited the service centre to collect my handset, but the person in service centre is giving an old repaired, reconditioned, and damaged handset in place of my brand new handset, and now when i am requesting them to hand over my original handset with IMEI NO. to me, they are neither giving it to me nor they are able to solve the problem in it. due to this i have wasted a lot of my time and money.
so sir/madam,
this is my request to you to look into the matter and take some action regarding my case and help me have my own handset with IMEI NO.in proper working condition or else if the problem cannot be solved by company end please let me replace the defected mobile handset and have a new handset of my choice from spice retail.

dear sir,

i have purchase your mobile of Mi-350 as on 31 dec 2011. on that day in my mobile phone net error accord & i show my phone to retailer & in spcice center also but no budy can solve my this net problem.
i m really so tired about your services & your mobile feasibility.this my first and last mistake i do it.next time i never purchase your mobile because of no budy can solve my this problem.
this issues arise around 3 month.
now i don't understand what can i do. if i tho-raw my mobile in dust-been or i buy new mobile...
i hope you understand my problem.now i m only depend on you. i hope you help me and solve my problem as early as possible.

Spice Mobiles — software defect

I purchased a spice mobile on 5/5/2012. There is a software defect in it. I contact my nearest dealerK.K.Telecom ,email id-kktelecom.[protected]@gmail.com , but he did not resister my complain .
