[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — Defective Spice Mobile and Charger

Dear Mr. Shailender,
On receipt of your email I contacted on [protected] at 11.25 a.m. but I am informed that Mr. Ashok is not available till this time and usually comes late in the office, what a pity that you have nominated such an engineer and stationed at JJ colony, wazirpur and even then he is not avaliable when called on phone. This way you are harassing the customers, as you lure them to purchase Spice Mobiles from best located Show rooms and abandon them to bear the fate of defective Mobile. It is suggested that my defective mobile should be replaced with a new one from your dealer or I may take legal action against the company in filing case in the CDRF. R. K Nanda Mb. [protected]

I AM RAJNEESH TRIVEDI, I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE OF SPICE COMPANY, MOBLIE'S MODEL NO. IS D88 GOLD, PRICE WAS PAID RS. 7550.SINCE PURCHASING DATE IT IS HAVING SOME PROBLEMS LIKE 1. LOW BATTERY BACK UP(EVEN AFTER CHANGING BATTERY BY SPICE LTD.) .2.LOW EAR SPEAKER VOICE, HARD TO LISTEN CALLS IN NOISY AREA.3.EAR PHONE LEAD HAS BEEN SUBMITTED IN MONTH OF JUNE AT SERVICE CENTER, STILL WAITING FOR THAT.HANDSET'S POLIC IS DOWNING .IF I SAY IN ONE WORD IT IS A PROBLEM MOBILE AND SERVICE CENTER IS SAYING THAT IT IS THE BEST PERFOMANCE OF THIS HANDSET, WE CAN NOT IMPROVE IT.HOW CAN A CONSUMER CAN JUDGE ABOUT PERFOMANCE OF A MOBILE WHEN HE PURCHASE IT IN PACKED CONDITION, BATTERY BACK UP CAN BE CHECK AFTER USE.SO PLZ HELP ME IN THIS MATTER .I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU.

Spice Mobiles — defective Mobile

Sir,

I had purchased spice Mobile Phone Model QT 66 Black-orange [protected], on 11.04.2010 from Spice Retail Ltd. Building No. 90, BK Block, West Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. 110088. Within one month of purchase the mobile was blocked and locked, as the key pad lock was not being released, it was taken to the dealer, who opened the mobile removed the battery and re fix the same, which consequently released the key pad locks, thereafter it happened for 3 times and then I stopped locking the keypads of the mobile. Now the charger of the mobile has stopped working, when ever the same is applied for charging it indicates 'Bad contact' and stops the charging. I have stopped using the mobile, please let me know the nearest service station who could rectify the mobile perfectly. Further I have observed that your company is lacking in perfection of the working of mobile and is sent to market for sale without proper and thorough checking, thus causing unnecessary harassment, mental agony and inconvenience to the consumers. Please take necessary action early under advice to me. My receipt No.[protected] dated 11.04.2010 issued to me by the dealer while purchasing the Mobile. It is very much under warranty, your early action will be appreciated. Thanks.

Spice Mobiles — !!! BEWARE !!! , DONT BUY SPICE MOBILES, LOUSY & HOPELESS SERVICE

HELLO GUYS ,
I HAD BOUGHT MY SPICE M7070 MOBILE ON THE 30/7/2010 WITH INVOICE NO#[protected] from VADODARA, ABOUT FEW MONTHS BACK I FOUND THAT THE FLASHLIGHT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ( I CAME TO KNOW WHEN I WAS IN URGENT NEED OF IT ) , & THE ALARM WAS NOT RINGING ,AS IT WAS IN WARRANTY, I GAVE THE MOBILE TO THE SERVICE STATION HERE IN VADODARA, THE GUY SAID IT HAS MOTHERBOARD PROBLEMS AND IT HAS
TO BE SENT TO MUMBAI FOR REPLACEMENT & IT WILL TAKE A MAXIMUM OF 20 DAYS, HE SENT IT AROUND 8TH JANUARY 2011 , BUT DID NOT RECIEVE IT TILL THE 15TH FEBRUARY, I SENT A MAIL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NO. SC1102109 , BUT NONE OF THE SERVICE MANAGER TOOK THE COURTESY TO GIVE INFO ON THE REPAIR STATUS, ON THE 16TH FEB. I GOT A CALL FROM SERVICE STATION THAT THEY HAVE RECIEVED THE MOBILE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS, I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID BY KEEPING THE PHONE FOR 1 1/2 MONTHS , THEY HAD RETURNED IT AS IT IS. I HAD TO BE WITHOUT MY MOBILE FOR A MONTH , & NOW IT WILL TAKE MORE TIME, PLEASE PEOPLE, BE CAREFUL, SPICE SELLS ITS MOBILES AND THEN FORGETS IT , FOR ANY COMPANY THE SERVICE IS WHAT MATTERS, SPICE IS NOT AT ALL CONCERNED, SO PLEASE PEOPLE , DONT BUY SPICE MOBILES , OR BE READY TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES WHEN ANY PROBLEM OCCURS.

Spice Mobiles — Mobile

Dear Sir

I have SPICE Mobile model QT-55 i face some problem last 4 Feb,2011 than i go to spice care
they submit my cell phone and give me job card than i will get back my cell on 7 march,2011
actually sir my cell is aprox new and they mark many scratches on its main display and also break its MAIN body
when i asked about it then they said its not break by us and its not in worrenty
so sir give me review what can i do now...

i purchased a new mobile spice M6800 flo on july 3rd 2011, the dealer from domlur spice showroon mr manjunath sold me a fulty set, body is cracked 3 line, but i din't oberve. after 4 days mobile software get strucked, so i removed battery and again i inserted, but software is very slow, and auto handsfree mode is getting problem if removed also the handsfree symbol is in the phone, that time no sound in mobile.
and power off/on is not working properly,
this problem are past 2 week i getting
on july 23rd 2011 i deposited in service center, jaynagar 4th blk, near nandhi hotel,
workorder number - SKT[protected].
such a short period 4 problem A face in a new spice mobile M6800.
TOTAL It is suggested that my defective mobile should be replaced with a new one from your dealer or I may take legal action against the company in filing CONSUMER FORM
AND i put in the FACE BOOK,


NOW i need replacement or refound my money

MY HANDSET GIVING TROUBLES, LOW BATTERY BACK UP, AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF, HANGING PROBLEM.

I BOUGHT THIS HANDSET IN APRIL TILL NOW IT WAS REPAIRED ONE TIME AND NOW AGAIN I AM SUFFERING PROBLEMS.
IN THEIR SERVICE CENTER I AM NOT SATISFIED BY THE WAY THEY ARE TALKING, THEY HARASSED ME, I AM UNDER WARRANTY SO THEY TALKED ME VERY HARDLY WHAT THEY WILL DO WHEN I AM NOT IN WARRANTY PERIOD.

NOW I WANT TO REPLACE MY HANDSET OR REFUND MY MONEY OR CHANGE WITH ANY OTHER SUPERIOR MODEL.
REALLY THE SERVICE CENTER EXECUTIVES DONT HAVE ANY MANNERS.
