[Resolved]  Split Ac Samsung Model As12faxtl — Length of cooling and gas pipe

the split ac is installed and the distance between indoor and outdoor unit is only 2m but the length of the cooling and gas pipe is 5m. the service enginner refused to cut the pipes and extra length of pipe is round folded and placed near out door unit. does it affecting the cooling system? the cooling is not efficicient. kindly do the needful.
