SRS Value Bazaar — excise billing on MRP

Hi,
I just want to bring this into your knowledge that day before yesterday evening I have purchased some house hold goods from your Vasundhara Ghaziabad Store under bill # T10/00006437 .
Under that I found that they have charged Rs 44.55 for Vivel soap Trio Pack while the offer price was Rs 42 for that, and the amazing thing was that no one was bothering for that even they are not ready to entertain .
Please take this matter so that they can not cheat further to other customers.

SRS Value Bazaar — Charge more than value

In SRS value bazar omax plaza sohna road gurgaon I purchasw garnier cream the cost of cream was printed was Rs110/= but they billed for Rs125/=. i called them then they said you come back and get you Rs15/= .I went in the store and ask the higer authority detail.They given a number on which i called, but that man replied rudly and said their no issued regarding this.

Hi ! when someone has good sale their attitude becomes arrogant.
i was at your retail outlet at c-block, sushant-lok-1, near maple height.
i wanted to make a complaint regarding the quality of the paneer, i had been regularly purchasing from here, but for past three four times it was not that quality.When i asked for the suggestion /complaint register, the floor manager mr. naveen singla behaved rudely and said he is busy.on my insisting, he showed me a regular register plainpaper n asked me to write on it .when i insisted on an authentic paper, he simply very rudly behaved as if he doesnot care.i asked for mail id, he was probably in high air, he justed turned his face away as if not giving an ear.
i had been regularly going to big bazar before switching over to srs.
at least i never experienced such a rude behaviour of a floor manager and had never expected of such a big n famous chain.

I have purchased a CFL and SRS bazar have put a date for an year for return incase the bulb is not working when i went there to change the same floor manager was so coward that he never came and face me instead sending his counter boys all the while that they can not change the same. I have used easy day and big bazar before this but never had such a bad experince. and promise u will never go to srs in my whole life

the SRS VALUE BAZAAR is totaly cheater
many time they are cheated with costumers bill
two three time i have found the cheating in my bill at
sector 12 faridabad
