I completely agree with this complaint as I have seen it happening very often at the Malviya Nagar outlet where the free gifts are also not given to the cutomers wuth some or the other excuse. i am surprised to see that NO action is taken by the management inspite so many complaints.

Dear Management, SRS Value Bazar,I have been a very regular customer of your Malviya Nagar outlet and have been obvserving wrong practices at this unit. The latest one today is that there is a scheme displayed saying " One kg Sugar free on purchase of Rs 1399" . I bought things worth Rs 1924 vide your Invoice No. T26/00056012 dated 06/11/11 at 06:26 PM. I was denied the I kg sugar on pretext that I was paying through Axis Bank debit card. This is a very clear indication that this I kg sugar will actually be sold to another customer on cash payment and will not get accounted for or some other malpractice would take place.
The issue is not of my getting that packet of sugar but the wrong attitude of the staff which is indulging in such mean activities and the management fails to recognize the issue. In long run the credibility of your company is at stake. I know that no action may be taken by you but gradually you would loose your customer base.
