[Resolved] Srs Value Bazaar, Malviya Nagar — Cheats by making false bill

This complaint is for Retail shop "SRS VALUE BAZAR" outlet located at "MALVIYA NAGAR, DELHI". The service and communication of its MANAGER is very very bad and worst to the lowest level.
They always do billing mistakes, I have gone there for 3 times every time they make bill of more amount than actual. first two times I have ignored but today on 10 of Aug. they have charged 500 extra by adding 2 products in my bill which was not even purchased and when i asked them to correct the Manager who was at counter with attitude said " please go check your number of products ,dont waste our times. ".

SRS Value bazar is Degrading by appointing such Employees sply Manager appointed today (10/08/10) at Malviya Nagar outlet ..

My Apeal to others always cross check the bill whenever you purchase anything from SRS VALUA BAZAR ,MALVIYA NAGAR ,DELHI

I completely agree with this complaint as I have seen it happening very often at the Malviya Nagar outlet where the free gifts are also not given to the cutomers wuth some or the other excuse. i am surprised to see that NO action is taken by the management inspite so many complaints.

Dear Management, SRS Value Bazar,
I have been a very regular customer of your Malviya Nagar outlet and have been obvserving wrong practices at this unit. The latest one today is that there is a scheme displayed saying " One kg Sugar free on purchase of Rs 1399" . I bought things worth Rs 1924 vide your Invoice No. T26/00056012 dated 06/11/11 at 06:26 PM. I was denied the I kg sugar on pretext that I was paying through Axis Bank debit card. This is a very clear indication that this I kg sugar will actually be sold to another customer on cash payment and will not get accounted for or some other malpractice would take place.

The issue is not of my getting that packet of sugar but the wrong attitude of the staff which is indulging in such mean activities and the management fails to recognize the issue. In long run the credibility of your company is at stake. I know that no action may be taken by you but gradually you would loose your customer base.
