[Resolved]  SRS Value Bazaar — very very very very bad bad services

Today i went for shopping in value bazaar Sec-51 Noida they have very bad services i used to shop there every month and every time they do mistakes in billing sometimes charged for 2 quantity but we took only 1 sometimes for those which we have not taken also. Same mistakes they did today they charged me for 2 quantity but we took only 1 same i saw when was about to reach at home. i live in Kendriya Vihar just opposite to SRS value bazaar then immediately i went & showed them. They insisted me take one more but i refused and told that i need my money back. After arguments they refund me money. then i told them to do home delivery, person standing at the gate name Manoj Sing(gate keeper) refused to the home delivery and told that no one will go for home delivery he also told me that i should have drop my bags first time only and then come back for refunds. I told him i would have drop my bags then how would you check whether they put 2 or 1 in bag for which they have charged in the bill. He started arguing with me denied to do home delivery then i went to Some senior person name Swaran Singh (as told by gate keeper) told him about the mistakes. He also refused to do home delivery then would delivery after half hour. I asked them where to complain about this he told me to write the complain and also told me that i will write only that what he will say....

Wow...Complain written should be according to them.

What a services they are providing..they say they do home delivery fast and instantly. This kind of dealing they do with a lady with 2 big bags of goods and one small child of 2 1/2 year old.
