I made a payment of 3076 at srs malviya nagar delhi using my sodexo meal pass. The amount has been deducted, but i am being told that you did not receive the amount.

In an era where our dear pm is trying to make a cashless economy. 9/10 times the card machines don't work and the 10th time when it works, you guys claim you haven't received the amount. Where did the money go

I got my zeta card swiped but the clerk at counter claimed that the transaction has been declined so i made that payment thru my credit card. Today when looked at my emails & messages i found that both the transactions have been thru.

I do shopping at the store on 26 aug. 2017 at 9:45 pm.
I opt for home delivery and asked for pod slip on 27 aug. 2017 at 10:00 am they agreed for home but didn't give me pod slip and my order is delivered after 1:00 pm when i again go to store and ask for my order then they delivery my order by giving excuse that there bike has gone for some engine work....

Today, I bought daily needs from SRS ahinsa khand 2. After coming home opened Vaseline and it was already used. I went back to the store to change it and get another one. Staff available at the store suggested me to buy something else as they did not have the same product. Also he mentioned must be some customer would have used it. No one knew where is the Store manager and they wanted me to come back next day to change it. Highly irritating...

Creating garbage everywhere.
Blocking roads for unloading.
Bad language used by workers.

Using bad languages and abusive language when we ask for picking up that garbage.

Poor facilities
No protocol

I have ordered and received 12v electric car tyre air pump compressor inflator-black today morning (3/1/[protected]@10am). But unfortunately, when i open the cover and trying to connect with, the equipment is not working.

I have a bought a water bottle from SRS Value bazar in Sector 44 Noida. I filled it with water after reaching home but water is getting leaked. so I went back to store with in half-hour and said them its getting leaked.
Security asked me to show, then I showed it to me and then one more asked.. like this i havev shown 5 guys and later they said there is no replacement (Very Rude) for this. how come ??

I am Ranjit. Visit your store on 20th Dec-2015 and buy some food items Rs. 165- and payment made through my debit card but your sales person told me that payment declined then i paid through cash.

This happened approx. one year back. I left my bag at baggage counter and when I came back I found Rs 500 missing. Manager ran CCTV footage which clearly shows attendant touching my bag, but still they did not admit it. Now I neither go in that store nor I recommend it to any one. Staff has low integrity and honesty....

Today i went for shopping in value bazaar Sec-51 Noida they have very bad services i used to shop there every month and every time they do mistakes in billing sometimes charged for 2 quantity but we took only 1 sometimes for those which we have not taken also. I had purchased a few vegetables & fruits from SRS VALUE BAZAAR SECTOR 57 GURGAON on 22.12.2010. But while leaving I by chance checked my bill and found an OCTAVE T-SHIRT worth Rs.575 in my bill where as they don't have any such product.
