Sub : My Credit card amount repayment due on 28.11.2008

Dear Sir.,

I would like to bring the following points in your notice :

1)I have not received my credit card statement for the month of NOV-2008 due payment, since i was not in the station the courier has been handedover to another collques staffs which has not come to me in timely.

2) Generally ICICI bamk use to send a sms alart about the credit card statement despatch from your side, this time that also i have not received.

3) However i was very comfortable in connection with the the credit card due payment which is going to due on Nov-2008 end, because in my ICICI savings account on that due date (i.e) 28.11.2008 Approx. Rs. 10, 600 was Laying as balance which is enough to meet out the credit card due payment and in every month payment was happening under the auto sweep system from ICICI Savings account to credit card due.

4) In this month bank has not looked into the auto sweep system and started calling to my mobile stating my credit card payment is due.

5) On 08.11.2008 i made a transaction of Rs.10616 to ICICI LOMBARD through my credit card, which is not at all suppose to due in the same month end (Nov-08), but you have accounted that transactions as due in the nov-08 itself which is only created due amount more than my savings balance as on due date.

6) Finally i would like to mention that i was not having any intension to delay the my credit card due payment, that also i was intend to do through auto sweep system (as per the previous practice), that is what as a pro-active, i kept the balance of Rs.10, 600 in my savings account.

7) SO i request you to please take the payment from my savings account through auto sweep system today itself without charging any penalty amount.

8) I Request you please look in to the ICICI LOMBARD transaction payment of Rs.10616/- has treated as a due in the just with in 20 days of transaction.

9) Hereafter i request you to send the credit card statment through my mail address also in addition to the soft copy postal despatch.
