[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Cash debited in account | |
I have a salary account in Standard Chartered Bank. They have given a facility o[censored]sing any ATM machine. I tried to withdraw cash Rs. 6100 from ICICI bank ATM. I got a system error and did not get any money. However my account was debited with Rs. 6100. Date of transaction- 02 Feb 2009 Time- 20:15 ATM ID- S1CW4777 Txn no- 6483 Account: Savings I have logged a complaint in Standard Chartered Bank they have given me a compliant no : SDP/IL/0209/1 and told me it will take 2 months for the reversal.
