[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Credit Card Bill Payment- Worst Service | |||
My credit card number is [protected]. I was waiting for my new credit card(Old card replacement). So far have not got that. Please check my account history and my discussion towards my card issues. You have asked me to pay the whole loan amount. You can check my payment history for past 5 years. The payment history will be perfect. But still because of some issues I did not get my card. Could you please help me in understanding the issue better. I want to close this topic at the earliest. Please inform me back whether you can help to arrange me a new card and convert the EMI back. If I am affordable to pay the full amount, I would have not taken any loan. Also could you please revert all the late charges, over limit interest and other financial charges for my card. I believed in some call center agents that they will help me to sort the issue, but it does not happened It would be great if you could arrange a call back for me so that we can discuss on detail and close the issue. Also we can discuss on the full and final amount that can be settled.
