[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — Harrassment Even after clearing Bills

Dear Sir,

In Month of January 2009, I had made total payments towards my Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card.
After this I requested them to re start my card, they refused to do so. I had balance points available for redemption which they refused to pass the benefit.

They are sending Statement every month, even after canceling the Card & harrasing me on the phone.
Request your kind office to take this matter.

Pls find the summary of the details for your reference. After receipt of payment this Lady nevert turn up to confirm the correspondence & they started sending the statement again

You can continue levying of Charges, as per your company policy.

I have given enough proof that all the Payments have been Sent in the month of January 2009.
Pls do not sent any communication in future to my ID

In Case I receive any communication then, I will have no choice but to take legal recourse to solve the problem.

We take this opportunity to clarify that late payment charges are billed to your card account only if we do not receive payment even towards the minimum amount due within the payment due date reflecting in the monthly statements. Interest is charged to your card account
when:

? A partial payment is made
? No payment is made
? Cash is withdrawn
? Partial payment / no payment / payment after the payment due date is
made against the previous statement though full payment is made in the current statement.

We wish to clarify that upon non receipt of payment towards your card dues financial charges will be billed to your card account.

On date, there is an outstanding of Rs. 3453.24 and Rs. 2458.30 on the card ending # 2365 and # 1686. We request you to bring in payments towards the same to avoid any further levy of charges.

Dear Sir,
this is to inform you that, We Mr.Subir Ghosh and Mr.Prabir Ghosh, tow of the directors of Venus Prints
(india) Pvt.Ltd, account holder of [protected](142, M.G.Road, kol -7), both had applied for credit cards in the month of November, 2008. Mr.Prabir Ghosh has already received the card in the month of December 2008 where as, I, Mr.Subir Ghosh did not received thecard till now.Though I had repeatedly spoken to Mr.Ganesh at your branch to do the needful but still I did not get any response.

Even people form your side have come over for enquiring which was of no use. we are certainly no happy with your service and need to think over our business terms that we share
