[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Harassment by the company, in spite of my full and final payment | |||
I had been using Standard Chartered Bank credit card number [protected] since last many years with good credit payment records. Lately I was not happy with the services of the bank as they were imposing late payment fee and banking charges in spite of my making payments before the due date, on account of their payment posting problems. As a result I am making a full and final payment of Rs. 5262.00 today by online banking from my HDFC bank account. This is as per their 25th Sep' 2013 statement, which is after imposing multiple months interest charges and late payment fee, in spite of my making regular payments. I also want to put on records that I had cut the credit card and sent it back to them long time back and had informed them the same. This is my FINAL payment to them and I do not want to see any account statement for this card number as the card is not in possession any more as it does not exist. This complaint is being made so as to tighten the said bank on harassment of the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
