Standard Chartered Bank — Unauthorized Transaction | |||
Hi , Few days back while checking the statement of credit card. I saw an entry of SHOPPERS STOP LTD. MUMBAI IN(19/1/2010) amount 1250.00 Rs. and i have not shopped any thing from shopper shop in last 2 month. I have sent a mail to bank also and they have sent me a form. They have mentioned that it would take around 180 days investigation.While adding wrong statement they use to take 1 days and removing the entry they are taking around 180 days. They think that we will not come again after 180 days. Could you please check the issue? I can not share my credit card number over here. Was this information helpful? | |||
