[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — Not issuing Credit Card after collecting documents

SC bank collected my bank statements and my company details towards Standard Chartered Bank Credit card and I got reference no #FPL8700BP M01 and when I went to check the staus of that it was showing that this is not a valid refernce,I sent a mail to customer.[protected]@sc.com and with in 12 hours I got response through mail which is given below see what they are telling regarding this issue.

This is with reference to your e-mail dated October 20, 2012.

We had perused the contents of your mail and thank you for your interest in
Standard Chartered Credit Cards.

On receipt of your email, we had initiated an investigation regarding the status
of your Credit Card application vide reference number FPL8700BPM01.

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer you the above
facility, since your application did not meet the certain internal criteria, as
per our bank policy.

We trust you will appreciate our stance in expressing our inability to take a
deviation from our credit norms which are devised to protect the interest of our
customers as well as the bank. We assure you that this does not, in any manner,
undermine your credit worthiness or standing with our bank. It is always a
matter of disappointment when we are unable to accede to a request from our
customer.

Ok,I am agree so please return my documents to my office address because I had signed in a blank page also as your executive told me, I send soft copies of my document in scb.[protected]@gmail.com.



How can I belive that your bank will not misuse my documents beacuse so many person complainted regarding this issue check the link below :

If I failed to get my documents back in my ofice address with in 7 days then I can go through legal process also.
