[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank, Oman — Missing credit of payment

My company through Oman International Bank has made credit advice for OMR 1308.125 on 17-May-12 and till today (31-May-12) it is not credited in my account. The response from the branch when visited was irresponsible. They are asking the customer for the proof of transfer instead of searching at their end. Proof in the form of scanned copy of credit advise from OIB has been sent through e-mail. The careless attitude of management in misplacing the credit advice information and bouncing the customer back without spending atleast 10 minute in digging the info leads to dissatisfaction.

Myself is saleem ahmed, i am customer of your bank as a salary acc holder also i took personal loan for 3600 omani rial.
also i paid six installment and my pf with 1/2 month salary to my account.
now i ant to know about the detail of my account and how much balance from my site how can i repay.please send me the detail to my email.
