DEAR SIR/ MADAM I HERE BY KAMAL TOLANI USED STANDARD CHARTERED BANK CARD NO: [protected] LAST 15 YEARS. BUT LAST FEW MONTHS BANK ARE APPLIED WRONG CHARGES IN CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, SO CREDIT STANDING ARE WROST. MY CARD STATMENT DATE 03/06/2012 HAVE A CHARGE OF OVERLIMIT FEE 500.00, & INTREST = 2476.00, THIS IS WRONG CHARGE IN MY CRADIT CARD ACCOUNT, ALSO I REQUEST TO BANK TO CHEK MY STATMENT FOR THOSE WRONG CHARGES, I HAVE DONE ALL PAYMENT ON TIME . BUT BANK CHARGED INTREST IN MY STATEMENT WHICH IS WRONGE . SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL TO ARRANGE A REVERSAL OF ALL CHARGES . Was this information helpful? | |||

Bank — Wrong credit to my account
Dear sir,i hold an account with sbi bank.One day bank person from cheque clearence dept cald and told me that 12000/- rupees has been wrongly credited to my account,and asked me to return it.I asked him for some time to investigate on this issue, but he rushed me to pay the amount back.i some how spend that money with out my knowledge. Iam ready to pay that money back but he is rushing me to deposit 6000/ rupees to my account as he has already freezed my account which i had 6000/- rupees in my account.He is telling me that he will send legal notice...i would appreciate ypur advise.please help me out sir...thanks in advance...

Standard Chartered Credit Card — Wrong charging to my Card account
In my SCB Credit Card Statement dated 14th October, 2008, there is a charge in favour of Bharti Cellular Ltd. Kolkata for an amount of Rs. 2499.99, which I have never incurred. When I called up 'Helpline' on 28th October, '08 and raised the issue, I was advised to fill up and submit a Dispute Registration Form, which I was promised would be e-mailed to me immediately. I was further informed that my card would be blocked immediately and I would be sent a fresh card with a new number for which I would be charged Rs. 100/-. However, till now (30th September, '08, 15.30 hrs.), no form has been e-mailed to me.Further, since I do not accept this particular charge on my card, SCB must first reverse this charge and inform me accordingly.
