Standard Chartered — Credit card Harashment after paying full amount

I have paid complete amount towards my credit card bill, and i have asked the customer care for closing the card. Now when made call for closing letter syaing that there was Rs 53 balance at that time then it it became Rs 3000 when the card got blocked permently. now iam ready to pay Rs500 for 53 rupess. but they(bank people) are demanding for Rs 3000 also put me in defaulters list. I had also suffered problem similer to you in 2008 and suffered lot. Having suffered due to credit cards and CIBIL in 2008, have decided to help those who are also suffering due to such problems. In last 2 years I have gone through CIBIL Act, Rules and Regulations, severla other RBI guidelines as well. I am personally aware about Standard Chartered that they are doing lot of illegal activity and have already made complaint with RBI. But I want several complaints directly to RBI so that RBI is forced to issue inspection of Standard Chartered, which will bring out lot many surprises.
