Standard Chartered — Extortion Calls

Today, I received a call from one of the collection of agencies of Standard Cartered. Now the case is very peculiar, I dont hold a standard chartered credit card and never ever did as well. The call is in regards to collection of payment of card belonging to Mr. Arun Nair, with whom I dont have any relation with whatsover. The lady asks me to make the payment as Arun Nair has referred my name for the payment. This is something that is beyond my reach o[censored]nderstanding. I am looking forward to lodge an official police complaint against this harrasment. Can any bod suggest the next course of action

Thanks
Manoj

Its very valid . May i ask the bank authorities that when they approach a person to join their bank they will like to take along these muscle men to make this a forceful joining. These are the services and i dont think an ordinary citizen will like to have a conflict or litigation with the bank.
I have personally closed FOUR saving accounts with the bank as there was a credit card overcharge . SCB is not bothered about personal relationships .Though many of their managers are designated RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS.
I withdrew deposit in lakhs while the bank extorted few thousand rupees from me.
