[Resolved] Standard Chartered — Name in CIBIL | |
To The Manager SC Bank To my surprise when i applied recently for Credit Card, I was told by banker that since there is old payment pending by Standard chartered bank your name is appearing in CIBIL so Credit Card cannot be sanctioned. I have never used your card nor I have any clue on same.... Now how to get out of this, please suggest. Was this information helpful? | |

I had also suffered problem similer to you in 2008 and suffered lot. Having suffered due to credit cards and CIBIL in 2008, have decided to help those who are also suffering due to such problems. In last 2 years I have gone through CIBIL Act, Rules and Regulations, severla other RBI guidelines as well.
I am personally aware about Standard Chartered that they are doing lot of illegal activity and have already made complaint with RBI. But I want several complaints directly to RBI so that RBI is forced to issue inspection of Standard Chartered, which will bring out lot many surprises.
