[Resolved] Standard Chartered Credit Card — WRONG INCLUSION OF NAME IN CIBIL | |
Dear Sir, I am getting big touble when I apply for a loan as my name has been included under CIBIL though I had cleared off all my dues on my standard chartered credit card which was happend in the year 2004. Since, they are not updating the details to CIBIL, my name is still appearing. My card numbers which used earlier was as folows: Name R. V. R. K Diwakar [protected] [protected] [protected] Please help me in removing the name from CIBIL as my home loan process is in progress and this complaint is giving big hurdle for getting the same. I was having a credit card of St. Chartered Bank during 2005-06 which was free membership card and I was assured that there will be no any membership fees to hold the same and the card was never utilized by me. Inspite of that bills regarding membership fees dispatched to me for which I applied to wave off and returned the card for cancellation .
Now while applying the bank loan I came to know that my name is appearing in CIBIL against that card which was never utilized and none payment was made through the same.
Now I do’t have that card number but the details as per CIBIL report is:
Member name: SCB Opened: 30.08.2005 High Credit: 4080 Status: Written Off
Account No: xxxx7213 Current Balance : 58 Overdue: 58
You are requested to kindly sort out the matter so that I can apply for Bank Loan.
