Standard Chartered Titanium Credit Card — Request for the Closure

I Prasanna had your credit card No:-[protected]. closed your service since Oct:"2009"
Kindly let me know this is the way or culure of your working, how many times call for one issue ,
For sending one closure letter you (STANDARD CHARTERED) required so many days ie, nearing 2years . Some of well educated and cultered people speak in differnt ways like once they will tell, we wiil send the closure letter within 7 working days (please do know meaning of this) Once your MANAGER or HIGHER UP MISS FATHIMA by spoke told to send a letter subjected "settlement of the Account" while I had nill balance( Now tell me why your asking the payment of Rs:13k) ONE miss shavana had called on 09/05/2011 while I had a meeting with the RBI manager regarding my OFFICIAL companys ISSUE. I had briefed Him everything entire prolonged story and the way you all responded[protected]& the card payments where all made by cheque and internet bank , I openened my transcations and briefed him then there only. Because , again I had call From Miss shavana and the complaint No: she told me that they(standard chartered) will send the Closure letter.
Now I will Wait till 27/05/2011. for your earliest response.
