[Resolved]  Star Union Daichi / Bank Of India, Kolhapur Branch — Cancellation of Policy

Dear Sir,

Sub : Star Di-Ichi policy no. 00037602

I had applied for Home Loan in Bank of India, Kolhapur, Ambabai Temple Branch. It was told to us by the bank manager verbally that the insurance is required to be taken for the security purpose of the Home Loan. We have taken the insurance policy as per the instructions by Bank of India though we had no interested. Our interest was to get Home Loan only.


But, the home loan was not sactioned and our 15000 Rs. was blocked in the insurance unnecesarily. We are no more interested in contnuing policy. The policy was given to us forcefully saying taht home loan will be sanctioned and this is the part of the procedure. We are requesting M/s. Star Union Di Ichi for the cancellation of the policy and to return us the full amount i.e. Rs. 15000. But instead of taking our consideration in to the request, M/s. Star Union Di-Ichi has not taken any action and now the policy is lapsed.

Bank of India is the partner of Star Union Di Chi. So the proper investigation can be done by co-partners. But no action has been taken so far.

Sir, Request you to help us to get us our Rs. 15000 back.
